How do I choose the right size? Should I order a size up?
Our boots follow standard UK sizing (true to size). We recommend ordering exactly the size you usually wear for your everyday shoes. However, if you have wide feet or plan to wear thick winter socks, we do recommend ordering one size up for extra comfort.
Are these boots heavy? I spend a lot of time on my feet.
Not at all. That is one of our main differences. Although they feature a rugged, mountain-inspired design, they are made with lightweight materials and include an orthopaedic insole designed for shock absorption. Ideal for all-day wear without leaving your legs feeling tired.
Are they waterproof? Can I wear them in the rain or snow?
These boots feature water-resistant protection. They are designed to keep your feet dry during rain showers, light snow, and everyday urban conditions. Please note they are not rubber Wellies (Wellington boots), so we do not recommend fully submerging them in deep water for extended periods.
What material are they made of?
We use Premium Faux Leather (High-Resistance PU). This material was chosen for its excellent durability against scratches and damp, and because it is 100% cruelty-free, offering the elegant look of traditional leather without complex maintenance.
